“it’s genuine good energy, no competition and a lot of encouragement.”
“I have been practicing yoga for 15 years and have been to dozens of studios - Coterie is hands down the best. The teachers are amazing and the space is clean, welcoming, and accessible. Would highly recommend!”
The Coterie is a community first.
And a really great class second.
The Coterie is a place for connection, above all else. We offer three types of yoga-based classes that allow you to get more in touch with yourself. We understand that calming the chatter in your mind and tapping into your breath are equally as important as strengthening the physical body.
We understand that you are entering our space authentically to feel safe, to feel seen and to feel heard, and we take that very seriously. Your self study and personal growth are at the core of why this place exists, and we cannot wait to support you along your journey.
“The instructors, classes, and the positive environment are amazing! As a beginner, I’ve never felt more welcomed and comfortable in a studio. Highly recommend!”
“The best yoga studio that truly upholds the value of this practice. Cannot recommend enough.”
-
A combination of yoga postures alongside traditional HIIT elements like jumping jacks, squats and pushups. This class is taught to the beat of music and is choreographed start to finish by your teacher.
-
The intention of Prana (loosely translated as breath in Sanskrit) is to move in tandem with your breath and to harness it as a tool and a compass for your personal practice.
-
Expect a class that is a blend of both worlds: movement and rest. Guided meditation, breath work, slower, engaging movements and longer holds bring you into the present moment. Glide into more restorative postures toward the end of class to give your body and mind the rest it deserves.
-
The intention of Peace is to slow down and to truly exist without expectation. Peace is a Yin Yoga practice that invites us to sit still for long periods of time, allowing us to surrender rather than relax.
