A bit about Angie: Angie started her yoga practice ultimately as a tool to cope with the fluctuations of the mind and discomfort in the body. She found strength and purpose in her practice. She went on to complete 500 hours in Yoga and Ayurveda with Jai Wellness.

 In her classes you can expect a vinyasa style flow that builds in strength & tempo. Angie's teaching goes beyond postures, incorporating yoga philosophy and the more subtle layers of the practice. Angie encourages you to be curious in exploring your truth and to always feel empowered to take what you need.
