A bit about Marcus: In 2011, Marcus stumbled upon the benefits of yoga when he integrated it into his fitness regimen to improve his posture and flexibility for running. However, he soon discovered that yoga was more than a physical exercise. Through his practice, he found a deeper connection with his inner self, allowing him to achieve inner peace and clarity that he had never experienced before. Since then, he has been committed to practicing yoga regularly and has made it his mission to share his passion with others. Marcus is a 200-hour trained yoga teacher and aspires to guide individuals in living a life that is centered around the power of mindfulness ("living life from the inside out") by incorporating yoga into their daily routines.
