A bit about Reeves: A lover of movement and expression, Reeves found her Yoga mat in 2019. Yoga became a tool for emotional processing and allowed her to find ease and acceptance through difficulty. She completed her 200 hour with Y7 in Manhattan in 2022, and just recently completed her 300 hour this year, with School Yoga Institute in Kerala, India. 

As a teacher, Reeves aims to encourage students toward new perspectives as they cultivate ways to relate to time, space, and their own bodies. She is constantly thinking of how to theme her classes and weave the sacred lineage of Yoga through fluid, energy-based sequences. Her playlists build from ethereal, vibe-y electronic to organic house with heavy bass to inspire a fun and interesting journey around the mat. More than anything, she believes Yoga is a space for curiosity, discovery, play, and love.
