A bit about Kirsten: Kirsten is a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher guided by the belief that movement is a powerful gateway to remembering who we are beneath conditioning, habits, and expectations. With her practice deepening in 2023, her relationship with movement has been lifelong — rooted in years growing up as a dancer, where she first learned how deeply the body holds memory, emotion, and resilience. Yoga, for her, is not about perfect shapes or performance. It is a practice intended to focus inward and quiet the fluctuations of the mind. Through pranayama (breathwork), meditation, and mindful movement, Kirsten hopes that her classes create a space to gently unlearn what no longer serves you and consciously learn new ways of being — in your body, mind, and life. Each breath invites presence, each posture offers inquiry, and each pause creates room for clarity.

Kirsten's teaching is grounded in yogic principles while remaining accessible, intuitive, and human. Whether you are stepping onto the mat for the first time, returning after time away, or simply seeking a deeper connection with yourself, you are welcome here exactly as you are. She sees movement as medicine, breath as a teacher, and stillness as a place of profound learning. Her intention is to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can explore, heal, and reconnect — not to become someone new, but to come home to yourself.
