A bit about her: In Molly’s Power classes, you’ll be motivated by her incredible energy and high-intensity playlists. The hour spent with Molly is meant and designed for YOU, and she’ll challenge you with weights, resistance bands and Pilates-style movements. You will leave her class feeling better both mentally and physically (although a touch sore). Her goal is always to make sure that it is an hour of FUN, and she makes sure of that with tons of positivity and great jams.
